I am having an issue with the idle going as high as 2k. It sometimes revs up and down. I replaced the TPS sensor, since I was getting the code for it, and it did not solve my issue. I set the TPS senso to .6v. It seemed to move to 4v at times after I set it. What would cause this?

Also, I replaced the IACV about a year ago for unrelated issues (bogging down when hitting brakes/ which turned out to be egr valve).

Anyone else experience high idle issues?
