How can i restick my XJ-S headlining?

Can anyone advise on a solvent/adhesive that will restick my headlining? Visually the headling is fine and the fibreglass board is structually sound. But they have parted company with the headlining hanging loose. Do i need a refit, or is it possible to restick. I've tried the heavy duty carpet adhesive and realised that it works great until the wether warms up. So if anyone can help?

3M Headliner Adhesive - sold at AutoZone, CarQuest, etc., etc. You need to apply it to both surfaces, not easy to do with the foam in place, unless you mask the entire interior very carefully. Best to take the whole thing out and do it on a large table or on the lawn!
