How much should I pay for a '78 XJS?

Default How much should I pay for a '78 XJS?
I'm looking at buying a 1978 XJS in good shape with 61K miles. The guy's asking $2500. Fair price??

What shape is it in? I'd say fair price if it's in decent condition. If it's in great condition...steal it now.
