Top radiator plate is off.

3 brackets on the upper part of the cooling shroud are loose. But the shroud will not lift out.

Are there bolts on the bottom?

 

Mine is a ‘88 and has 2 bolts at bottom. Depending on what you are attempting to do, the shroud comes apart in the middle; I believe there are 4 Pozidrive screws. If removing the entire shroud, you have to remove the mechanical fan with clutch- easier to leave it in the shroud opening as you lift the shroud out. Protect the radiator core with a piece of cardboard.
You can remove the mechanical fan before the shroud if you separate the fan blade from the clutch. You did notice all the cracks in the yellow fan blade, time to replace it with the black blade assembly.
