How to replace the alternator belt?

I doubt it very much.
Usual way is remove the belt from the pulleys, then simply 'wind it out around the fan". Replacement is the reverse. the fan will "spin" on the clutch assembly, so hook it around one of the blades, and wind the fan by hand and let it wind out. Of course "holding ones mouth at the correct angle" assists greatly.
My V12 was a challenge when I first got it, coz the fan on them is near impossible to remove with any sort of ease, but the belts all wound off and then back on simply.

Grant is right you can do it that way, I did it that way last year.
However to remove the fan is 8 bolts I had radiator out a couple of weeks ago 4 bolts on the fan and 4 bolts on the shroud. I found it much quicker than trying to work around the fan. The later V12's use a different fan clutch hopefully the 4.0L uses the same clutch as it is reasonably easy to remove.
It would have to be the alt belt it is the last to come off.

Be very careful with the around the fan it is easy to bend radiator fins if the belt goes too far through and hits the radiator.
