Inboard rear brakes
Can you get at the bolt with an impact wrench? Best tool I have is a cordless Milwaukee impact, it can do 1100 ft-lbs. Never been a bolt that it hasn't be able to remove yet, and so far never sheared one off either. I was amazed at how easily it moved a 36mm nut on a XJ40 rear suspension.
There are several impact wrenches that Milwaukee makes, so be careful with the torque ratings if you do buy one.

Speaking of the front brakes only. They are easy to replace if you don't run into frozen caliper bolts (4) I would not attempt rebuild the caliber because one caliber cost about $30.00 at O'Reilly (USA) The Jaguar manual is the publication that says not to take the calibers apart. To pull the rotors you undo the wheel bearing nut and pull the unit out. The rotor is held by five bolts. If they are not frozen you are home free
