Default intake manifold cleaning

Good morning everyone, I have a couple of questions before I tear this apart and get into trouble. I have the intake manifolds, fuel rail, injectors off the engine, was replacing the cam cover gaskets and half moons and misc things. My question is, the inside of the intakes are pretty dirty and want to clean them, do I have to remove all the throttle linkage and the vacuum fittings on the ends to do the cleaning? if so does someone have the gasket part numbers for the end pieces. I found the ones for the throttle plate. what would be the best way to clean this? I was going to use engine degreaser and a scrub brush. Also on the air injection tube that is on the manifold was going to replace the o rings. The book calls for 24 of the o rings, I see 12 of them go on the intake manifold side, but I can't seem to find out were the other 12 go. Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated trying to get this back together after taking the summer off from it.

The end plates and TBs should be removed to clean it properly. You can of course also leave it in a bucket/tub of diesel over night and that will remove nearly all the dirt and oil in the intakes...

I had mine sandblasted in and out...
