Managed to change the rocker cover gasket and plugs (after suctioning out the oil that had filled one of the plugs due to a dodgy seal.

Also ordered a new (old) Heater ECU from the very helpful Naki at https://blackcherryjaguar.com/ which I hope will get my heater/air conditioner working properly.
