Default Which JDHT disc do I need?

Looking online to purchase the JDHT manual disc for my '92 XJS 5.3 V12.

Having a bit of trouble determining which one applies to my vehicle....

According to this site:
JDHT Parts & Service DVD List

JHM-1146 covers the 5.3 engine, but only up to the '91 model year.
JHM-1176 covers model years '92-'96, but only the 6.0 engine.
JHM-1143 covers model years '91-'96, but only the 4.0 engine.

So, which one should I purchase? Or should I buy a couple to make sure all my bases are covered?

Also, I've seen on other sites CD's listed instead of DVD's. Any advantage of the DVD's over the CD's? My present 'puter has CD only, as the DVD took a dive. I can probably get a USB DVD player, though.

Thanks,
howlinowl

Do a search for JHM-1127. That's what I have for my 5.3L '92. I think it says "From 1991 on" on the DVD cover. Include service manual and parts manual.

I've also wondered if there was any overlap info on that 92-96 disc for the 6.0L that would be useful for the 5.3 cars.

Looked around a bit, found some links where it was sold, but is apparently sold out.

Found this page:

Sean's Jaguar Tech Pages - Jaguar Reference Library

This guy has the JDM-1127 and one listed as JDM-1114 for the earlier XJS (they're not for sale). I took a look at the Jaguar Heritage website (jdht.com) and they list neither disc available. Maybe I answered my own question about the difference between the CDs and DVDs.... maybe they divided the information up and reformatted by engine when they made the change and discontinued the old part numbers at that time.

I'll keep looking to see what I can find....

Here you go. It's been vital for me; having the parts manuals and service manuals on one DVD is nice. I have a hard copy service manual and parts manual also, but the DVD has more updated information on it.

If you want the genuine JHM 1146 and JHM 1176, both are showing as in stock on the JDHT website this afternoon. Contact there is Julia Simpson.
