Faster Jags / V12 Performance (Brian Welker) - Avoid this seller!! He has stolen the money from multiple Jag owners. I ordered the intakes and he took my money. Here is a link to other owners he has scammed:

Brian just takes a long time. Check out my post in other thread. I ordered intakes and aux fan switch from this guy. Intake took 3 weeks. Switch 2 days. Legit, but slow.

 

UPDATE - Beware! He will open an electronic tracking number online, but NOT drop off the actual goods for shipment. I had to go through Paypal to get my money back.
He lied to Paypal by giving them another tracking number of a package that was delivered. Brian Welker is a scum bag, avoid him at all costs.

Sorry about the huge delay in my response!

I never had any luck.

I only ever ordered the radiator. In the mean time I got the original radiator recored after careful consideration and a lot of research! I've gone down the path of Australian Ford Falcon twin thermo fans (El,ef,au model) they fit almost directly just had to cut off the mounting brackets and fabricate my own.

My advice would be to stay well clear of him! Either that or for someone to go give him a good smack haha

 

And PayPal wouldn't reimburse due to the time I took to make my complaint... I think I allowed a total of 6 months I ordered about a month before Xmas allowed to the middle/end of January before I followed up siteing the Christmas break. Took him a week to respond had a couple components on back order it'll take another month before I can post it...and so on and so forth... Before you know it

 

I ordered an aluminium radiator, radiators hoses, assorted parts and a set of sway bars.

The parts were set to be delivered to the Netherlands. I've payed in full.

I received radiator, hoses and a few assorted parts within two weeks of ordering.
The sway bars would be shipped later due to not being in stock.

Although I'm glad to have the radiator and hoses, I'm not impressed by some of the assorted parts that were delivered.

For example. The LED lights were all slightly different sizes and did not fit the intended sockets. Some of them did, but not all.
One of the thermostats was a size too small. The gaskets were poor quality cardboard/paper.

I was lucky to be with a mechanic that had both the thermostats and high quality gaskets at hand.

The radiator is awesome, but can simply be ordered at Cooler Wizard. In fact, the only difference with a radiator from Cooler Wizard is that it had a V12Performance sticker over the original brand etching.

It looks as if Brian shipped whatever he had laying around at the time. Any other parts he simply orders, adds a small markup and sends through. He produces or manufactures nothing himself.

The biggest problem is that the sway bars were never delivered. According to Brian they would be shipped at a later time as they are currently out of stock.

Repeated calls and emails have been completely unanswered. My impression is that Brian, although not a complete counterfeit, is simply unprofessional, unreliable and unfit to have professional dealings with.

I'm currently down $771.75 for parts that were not delivered ( that doesn't include the costs of parts that didn't fit or were of insufficient quality ).

I think the only way to get anything done is to personally visit and confront Brian Welker.

I've done business with small manufacturers in the USA and these malpractices are not uncommon. It's very frustrating. If anyone is in the Dallas area, I'm keen to speak to you in order to build a case, confront and/or submit to local authorities.

Perhaps together we can find a solution.

Brian Welker is a punk. I paid for a growler on may 30th have not heard anything back from him even after 3 messages and several emails. I will report this idiot to the BBB as well as dispute the charge and report him.. he is a dope. What kind of man does this?

 

i went to my bank and had my money refunded. Brians a bad business owner.. You lost a sale for non communication, In this day and age of ample ways to communicate. I am reporting V12 performance to the Better business bureau

i think this guy gets your money spends it and then can't afford to contract out parts to be made. or his suppliers hate him too and he can't find anyone to make his parts. it is hard to believe this guy has a business like V12 performance and lets everybody down. so very disappointed. I hope this isn't the norm for jag suppliers.

 

paypal will help you they are the best call them don't do it online.

 

lots of people have filed complaints with the better business bureau on V12 performance. Brian Welker. there is also a website called ripoff.com lots and lots of people complained there. all the same takes the money and you wait forever for nothing. he scams with fake tracking numbers, he even tried to BS paypal. looooooser

I'm afraid I'm one of his latest victims.

I ordered about $425 worth of parts from him in July. He posted pre-shipment info to USPS, and then never shipped. I'm trying to mediate this through paypal, but I'm not very hopeful.

After the original paypal funds request, he cancelled his paypal account and switch to brian@filmproducts.com . That's where I sent the money.

Buyer beware!

 

Go through paypal and have them stop payment. I'm pretty sure you can still have paypal help you even though he cancelled his account. this is a transaction through them so they can get the money for you. you would think this guy would get a clue. He did send me my items after I opened a better business bureau complaint, and stopped payment at my bank (chase) The order wasn't correct sent me someone elses parts for a lucas ignition rather than a merrelli eventually he sent the right parts. Fitment was a bit odd and not as polished as one would expect. Would NEVER do business with him again. so very unprofessional Brian Welker.
