Default LHD to RHD on a convertible.

Hi -- I am in the process of doing a RHD conversion on a US Spec Xjs Convertible that had an engine BBQ ( I got it cheap).
A couple of questions,

The fire stuff is relatively easy , wiring harness is giving me some greif --- can I modify the existing one or do I need to source a RHD dash/front harness??

Secondly any other things to look out for ??-- I have been told the Delanair III air/con is different between RHD and LHD --- but I can't see exactly how.

Also I think the ABS pump is "handed" as well oh and the brake pedal needs to change .

I do have an 83 XJS HE donor car --- pity really nice car , no rust good trim. Tired engine though..

Any thoughts would be great.

Cheers
Mike

These pre 1990 Jaguars are reasonably ambidextrous. You will need to source an XJ6/S rack and pipes.

Dash pad will be different. I would think the AC is OK as the ROM is not specific for LH and RHD.

Pedal box and ABS pump should swap to the other side you might need to fab new pipes.
