Light Bulb Warning Indicator Flickering

Light Bulb Warning Indicator Flickering
This has been going on for a month now. As you can see in the video the warning light will flicker when the lights are on. I have verified that all of the lights are working while the warning light is flickering.
Side note: Notice how high the temp gauge is and this is at night! Never entered the RED. It was 120F today. No auxiliary fan was on after I turned off the AC.

Have you replaced any of the bulbs with LED style bulbs recently? Sometimes these can effect the bulb warning light because they draw much less current.
Looks like you have at least one dashboard light out But that should not have an effect on the warning light.
As to the temp gauge, wow that is almost pegged!! Have you taken a temp reading of the coolant temperature? If the gauge is accurate I would feel fairly certain the aux fan would be on. Get that checked out!!

Yeah I noticed that one of the bulbs are out in the instrument cluster. I should go back there and change that bulb.
I wish I had taken a temp reading but I did not have my OBD II scanner. The last time the gauge was that high the coolant temp was 228F which is the highest I've ever seen. My mechanic has verified the fan will come on indepently of the AC. Aux will only come on when AC is on. I turn off the AC and the gauge went down a little.

I suspect one of the bulb failure units is on the blink (sorry)
You have five BFUs. One for the brake lamps and four others for the other small-bulb exterior lights.
I reckon you could unplug each one, one at a time, to zero-in on which one is giving trouble

I see. Can you tell me where each of the BFUs are located and possibly a picture of a BFU so I know what it looks like.

I'm not Doug but I'll jump in
There are two BFUs in the front under dash area. Just lower the passenger knee bolster and you'll see the two units directly below two blue relays. Each unit has three white connectors plugged in. You may want to inspect and clean the connectors in case you have a dodgy connection.
There two more BFUs in the right rear compartment in the boot.
The last one is at the rear of the left rear compartment in the boot.
You may want to download the electrical guide for your car in the downloads sticky section of this forum. It has all the wiring diagrams including locations of all electrical components, connectors etc. It is invaluable!!
Good luck,
Allan

Item #3 in this pic shows what the four bulb failure units look like:

On the brake lamp unit it's the light green/pink wire you'll pull. It's goes to the dashboard warning lamp.
On the other four units it's the white/slate wire that goes to the dashboard warning lamp.
Pull them one at a time. When the flickering stops you've isolated which failure unit (or which branch of the lighting circuit) is causing your problem
