Location? Rear Fog Lamp Relay on '96 XJS 2+2 Convertible?

Location? Rear Fog Lamp Relay on '96 XJS 2+2 Convertible?
Can anyone tell me where the RELAY is for the Rear Fog Lamps on a 1996 XJS 2+2 Convertible 4.0L .... ?
The owners manual says it's blue and is located in the luggage compartment above the right hand wheel arch but I looked in that area and the only relays I can find are the convertible top relays above the battery and they are all a lavender color.
