I have seen a few posts on the frustrations of finding headliner biscuits for XJ-S's. I am now joining the club. I just pulled mine to replace the headliner, but the board fell apart. I may be a able to fiberglass it back together, but I thought I would check for used parts/ideas first.

All I can suggest is that you follow this thread Interest in Reproduction Headliner Board/Biscuit and see what happens there, or maybe contact Welsh Enterprises - New Jaguar Parts, Used Jaguar Parts and Accessories - XK120 - XK140 - XK150 - E-Type - MK - XJ6 - XJ8 - XJ - XK8 - XK - XJS - S-Type - X-Type - XF in Ohio to see if they have a used one.
