Looking for a UK Insurance Company that does Agreed Valuations for my XJS

You pays your money you make your choice and hope they are ok.
Most of the ones that advertise in the JEC magazine offer agreed value; Adrian Flux, Lancaster etc although I found Flux difficult to deal with, communication was hopeless once they had your money.
The JEC has teamed up with Peter James who offer a 20% discount; someone has however just complained that they were quoted £1100 for a late XE so I guess that 20% off a shed load won't help much.
I am with NFU but I don't think they do agreed value but you can pay monthly which helps.

Lancaster for me. £160 ish with a 30k agreed value.

 

Went to Liverpool Victoria LV with my loyalty bonus
It was £100. for £12000 agreed and 5000mls per year roll over.

As mentioned Lancaster & Adrian Flux are both very good. I have my XJSs with them with agreed value.

Other companies worth contacting for a quote are:

- A-Plan (I have my laid-up TR6 resto project with them)
- Footman James
- Peter James
- Hagerty

Just had a letter from LV and they have stopped doing classic car insurance. Cheap while it lasted.

I have been using Footman James for years. Find them easy to deal with and you can speak to a person rather than a computer.

I last renewed in June 2022 and paid £260 for both XJS (£8k agreed value) and Volvo 945 (£2.5k agreed value) together on the same policy, with 5,000 miles combined total annual mileage.
