Default New Interior Progress!

Here a few pics the new interior on my 88 xjsc. Some of you were a huge help in diagnosing the flaming wiring harness that led me to this part, so thanks again!

Looks great. Where did you buy it from?

From World Upholstery. Had some issues with accuracy on my order from the first person I dealt with, but they bent over backwards to make it right. Very happy overall with the product; my upholstery skills could use some further development.....😳

Chris,

Looks good! Is that a couple of cheeky little tweeters I can see in the door cards?

LOL...yep.
Morel 5.25” component set. Same without the tweeters in the rear. Was really easy to fit those in actually.
have a Sony head unit with 45 watts/ch going in soon.

Nah it looks real good. Hit some of those wrinkles with a heat gun, or a hot wet towel, and watch everything tighten up. There’s a great upholstery guy in YouTube called theluckyneedle

Thanks a lot for showing me that tweeter location....now I’m gonna think it over for a few months, and agonize over whether I need to do it or not. Then I’m going to start finding issues with the sound of my stereo system (which I’ve loved for years) and now you’re gonna make me move my JBL speakers to the back and install a component set up front.

The fact that you included the word “easy” is what’s triggered the whole process.

damn you.
