Getting a 95 xjsc and wondering how many and what size speakers in this car. Want to replace them before I give to wife. Thanks, Ian

 

Easy answers? Buy 4 Alpine 610 (not 610c)

Although the stock speakers are 5-1/4, and any 5-1/4 speaker will fit, you'll get the best bang for your buck with a larger speaker. Trouble is, not all larger speakers will fit. I believe you need to find a speaker that has a cutout width of no more than 5"' and I'm not sure if 5" will fit (I know 4-15/16" will fit).

Go with the sure thing. Alpine SPS-610 x 4. It's a 6.5" speaker.

do not buy the 610c unless you want component speakers.
