Hi, I need explanation or advice from owners of rear GAZ shocks with adjustable height platform.
What spring length are suitable to GAZ shocks with adjustable height ?
What spring rate to choose ? The original springs are soft for me.

 

Springs which have any real data with them, or any reliable feedback, are very hard to find. The nearest to OEM springs are supplied by Berkshire Jaguar Components in the UK; and I happen to know for certain that thee are to OEM spec and are very well made. Also very failrly priced.
GA shocks, with these, will give you a very adjustable setup and will go as firm as you like, up to damn-near solid!
