You forgot the #1 item;

I'm not at home now,,, but BELIEVE I have some tail lights and I'd be happy to let them go. Let me look around. The 92 will have the square smoked lights, yes?

I got a car, no floors +++++,,, had been sitting outside for 12yrs,,, small fire,,, a couple of years ago and thanks to the folks here I could use her as a daily driver. Long story. Everythin on these cars is doable (cept maybe a ton O rust) on these cars and for you,,,, I'd say a happy happy day! Good show!

Thanks for sharing!

OP, you are a brave man! I do love the color of that car, even if it was painted badly, and the retro headlights to me is an improvement.

In appreciation of your efforts and bravery, I will offer to assist with the wood refurbishment if you'd like. I've never done it in a Jaguar before, but I do a fair amount of woodworking, and I honestly wouldn't mind practicing on someone else's car, LOL. Of course, you'd have to ship the parts cross-country, but hey, I thought I'd put it out there just for the heck of it. Feeling generous this morning I am.

Oh heck, I guess that offer is really for anyone who is trying to restore/maintain their car, and can't/won't do wood refinishing. PM me.

Best of luck, @Avalianteffort !

Good luck on your adventure! Please take lots of before and after pictures and keep us informed on your progress.

BTW, the Jaguar virus is hereditary. My Dad had a 420G.

Wow, that car has covered a lot of miles! Jaguar only built their components to last 130,000 miles so expect quite a lot to need replacing.

A good project but i would not put much money into it
