What year and headlamp type (quad or "Euro") are we talking about?
If you have quad lamps and no high beams *whatsoever*, then you have *four* bad bulbs....the inboard high beam bulbs and the high beam element of the outboard lamps. Four burned out elements seems unlikely.
What's more likely is a problem with the relay.
If you have the Euro style lamps, well, I'm not sure how high beams are configured and wired on those.
Cheers

I had that issue with my old 96. Needed an new relay. Found one new for $150.
DAC6902, I believe was the part name. People on eBay wanted $200 for a used part, that would probably go bad in a short time as well. I sent them the link to the place that was selling it new, and he matched the price?
Figuring he wouldn't figure out the logic, I just spent the $150 for the new part.

My car is a '95 4.0 convertible...
It's DAC6902 Headlight Logic Module. It's on the left hand front wheel housing relay bank. It's the black box on the end toward the bulkhead. This module contains a circuit board and two relays. Usually the relays burn out - first one relay craps out and then the second.

Being a '92 it should have the Euro style lamps.
I guess the best thing to do is get out your test light or meter and see where the voltage begins and ends.
Go to section 4 of this diagram

There is a "Headlamp Control Unit" which might be the same thing as the others have referred too.
