Default No start condition

I went to start up my trusted car today but it had other plans. The car starts for a second, then I hear a click and then the engine shuts down.
The click, I guess a relay, sounds like it is in the front interior or just on the other side of the fire wall.
This is the first problem I am ever having trouble with the car and am hoping for great suggestions as how to get her back on the road.
Thanks,
Jomo

Two more pieces of information. I now think that the relay that is clicking off is in the trunk. As soon as the relay clicks off my alternator gauge goes down as if there is no power to the ignition.

I had my friend start the car while I listened in the trunk area. I even pulled each relay one by one and heard the clicking sound each time. So it is not the relay that was clicking. Rather it was the Bosch box next to the relays that is clicking precisely when the engine shuts down.

Can someone please tell me what this box is and if you think that the box is bad or might there be something telling the box to shut the engine?

I think everything in the rear is fuel related or associated with my convertible top so my issue is fuel related (??)

Thanks for any advice,
Steven
