I have a 93 Xjs, 6 cyl 4.0. Starter problems too. Can you tell me where the starter relay and or mega fuse is located? Any help would be appreciated

Weecachum, did you ever find out where the mega fuse is located? I'm also looking for it and I think it's in the trunk in a small fuse box, but I'm not sure. I would appreciate it greatly if you would share it with me. Thanks.

Supposedly the starter relay in a 1993 4.0 is under the hood on the RH side. There is a pack with the horn relay, AC clutch relay, and then the starter relay.

I looked though the wiring diagram and saw nothing about a mega fuse in the circuit

The mega fuse is in the trunk within three black plastic covers that snap out separately. The cover is marked MEGA FUSE. Starter relay is under the hood in the fuse box on the passenger side and its number F19 and 25 amps. In the cabin there is also another fuse and its number F19 as well and this one is 5 amps and it has various starting functions(ignition relay, ECM, REM, fuel pump relay, start relay).
