Default OBDII

So, had a slight fire in my wiring harness last year. Pieced most of the burned wires back together but have no power to my OBDII connector, which I kind of need to pass inspection. Also my courtesy lamps do not work although putting power on the relay base powers them up fine, so wiring from there to lights should be fine. Anyone have any hints?

Thanks!

JagRepair.com - Jaguar Repair Information Resource

That website will have the wiring diagrams for the car. That should allow you, with a multimeter, to check the ohm or continuity of each wire.

Plenty of YouTube videos to show you how to do this.
