There was originally a separate harness, part number LHC3450AA and 2 relays added. The harness is long since NLA, so you'll probably have to improvise something. There are aftermarket modules, or you can do it with a relay for each lamp. With the wiring diagram you can probably make the harness.

If you don't have them, the wiring diagrams are available here (called Electrical Guide): JagRepair.com - Jaguar Repair Information Resource

For original Canadian market cars, Jaguar enabled everything (except dash lighting) as though low beam was on - so that's headlights, tail lights and side markers.

Email Daniel Stern through his website. He may be a forum member, I can't recall, but he knows how to do it.

What you can do is take a relay switched by the ignition power, and have it feed battery power to fuses 9 and 13 on the left engine bay side fusebox. Those are the fuses for the headlights. Then when the ignition is turned on, power will go to the headlights. It will keep the headlight switch operating as normal.

WOW! Thank you so much. This is what I call a simple solution to a complicated problem! I recieved so many different info that I had started to try finding some kind of module to fix it...

Qhat I found is the fuse box (left interior houde) hase already a fusebox for the DRL. So I jumped a wire from another circuit that turns on with the switch (white Wire) and hook it to the fuse box that controles DRL (red wire).

When I turn the key at ON position, Headlamps light up at around 40% plus side lamps plus rear end red lights). That's absolutly perfect. Turne the key off, everything go off. And the lights switch works normaly.

They are quite rare. I've never seen a facelift in a breakers, and in over 20 years of going to junkyards I can count the number of XJS's I have seen on one hand. Sedans are semi plentiful in comparison.

what year is it? if it was built prior to Dec 1st 1989 you don't need DLR added to it in Canada.

put your model year in your signature to help for future questions

Yes I agree that this information is missing. Anyway, I resolved the problem. See former thread. Thanks!
