Default Odometer Stopped
'95 XJS 4.0 / My Speedo and Tach are fine, my analogue trip odometer works well but my main odometer is dead. What black magic is this?

sticky tumblers , usually there is a 9 to 0 involved higher up the miles as they don't go round very often

manual rollover is required, that means yes, you have to take the clocks out

Oh damn. So it is stuck at the instrument and not at some relay? I suppose that would explain why the other 'ometers still work.
