Oil pressure gauge blocked right

Hello,
When turning on the engine, the oil pressure gauge is going directly on the right. Any idea?

I reckon the oil sender unit on top of the oil filter housing has gone AWOL.

If not that, then the wire from it to the dash is shorting to earth somewhere.
