Default Power Locks Relay Test - DAC4862

OK, my power locks are wonky again. The battery isn't very old, even though replacing it usually resolves it for a while. Trickle charging it has had no effect.

Basically sometimes the power locks work, sometimes they don't. When they don't, I hear the relay clicking, but nothing happens. Using the keys works fine.

I put a meter on the wires to see what happens.

The black probe is always on the black/ground wire.
When I attach the to the output wires, orange/white and orange/green, they both work when they work, and no readings when they don't. It's just a bunch of numbers on these, that don't seem to be easily recorded, since they're just surges.

When I attach the orange/blue input wire, I get about 350mV when unlocked and 0mV when open. One time, I was able to get the numbers to fluctuate even when it wasn't working, but only one time.

When I attach the orange/red input wire, I get 0.5mV when open and about 4.00V (not mV) when closed. I was able to get readings multiple times when the locks weren't working, one test when the locks were not working, I was getting consistent readings of 1.9mV when closed and 0.5mV when open. Usually when the locks didn't work, neither did these changes to the meter.

Lastly, I tested the power. First the constant power, purple. I got 12.18 down to 11.60 when actuating.

The white, switched power was 11.92 to 11.58. When I turned the car off, I got 0V down to -235mV when switching.

Does any of this mean anything to help solve why I'm having trouble with this part?
