Niala3's location shows as France. Unless they have a North American import car then the remote will most probably be working on 433 Mhz. If a US car, then a 318 Mhz remote will be needed.
The video shows an aftermarket (cheap) Chinese product from Ebay. I believe that you will need a programmed original remote to code it.

Yes, it probably is a NA car in France, the are a lot there, I sent one to Paris a few years ago. But could be either. No original remote needed to program the new one.
