Puking fuel tank

Default Puking fuel tank
My 92 convertible pukes out the filler whenever I fuel up. It seems to not matter how slow I fill. I checked the vents. They are open and all the piping appears correct. Am I the only one with this problem. With new paint I want to correct the problem. Any suggestions?
