quick vacuum question

Default quick vacuum question

Dear all,

After a head scratching time i found out that the vacuum pipe between my engine and gear box was simply missing. Can any body tell me which size it has I now the length 63" but the size is a mistery to me.

I am pretty sure it is 3mm 1/8" ID. It really screws up the tranny does not upshift, I replaced mine last year because it was split.

When you run the new one make sure it goes behind the heat shields on its way down past the exhaust manifolds. I used a length of heavy copper wire to get it under those heat shields riveted to the fender.
