I'm replacing my rag top and need some ideas on how to get rear glass
apart seeing that the top is attached to it.. any ideas would be helpful

Talk to one of the reputable convertible top suppliers.

I do know that you can procure the glass independently. The fabric on mine rotted out, and I had to replace the glass and surrounding fabric. Rest of the top is in good shape and stayed in place though.
