Don't you hate it when a good thread however old just ends you feel like you wasted 10 minutes of your life Reading

I have a quick question. My speedo still doesn't work and I've done everything (in my limited knowledge) to fix it...

What if a section of wire were run directly from the plug on the back of the cluster to the input post on the back of the mounted speedometer? Bypass the printed circuit...?

That should work. I did that to a malfunctioning gas gauge, and doing just what you did, proved the circuit was fine. I even added more grounds while I was back there. I ran a wire from the post on the back of the gauge all the way back to the anti-slosh module. As long as you're not bypassing anything, you're doing the right thing. (Although a continuity test should be a simpler way to make sure the printed circuit works)

I ended up finding out that something happened inside the tank, where the sender is no longer allowed to travel high enough to send a signal moving the needle to F when Full. (more info than needed)
