SS is dead right. Absolutely no need for extra engine oil cooling capacity, OEM oil rad is huge. As for engine coolant temps, it sounds like all you need to do is a decent R&R. In outline (this list includes doing absolutely everything): remove the rad, clean out the rubbish on it and on the back of the aircon condenser and oil cooler, renew the thermostats, by all means fit a new ally rad or recore the old one if it is past it, renew the water pump if that is failing, change all hoses, renew the mechanical fan viscous coupling, and change the OEM electric fan for a modern high quality high Cubic ft/min capacity, 11 inch item (eg Spal, Pacet etc).
You do not say which model you have, but one more good, inexpensive and very easy mod is to bypass the gearbox cooling matrix in the water rad completely, and fit a dedicated gearbox cooler under the bumper. As in photo attached.
Bonnet louvres are a great idea (in my view but not everyone's), principally to reduce under hood temperatures and I want some! They will aid cooling, but they are NOT needed to control water temps, just a nice to have idea to help the engine looms etc to not cook after shutdown, and help a bit to de-stress the cooling system.
Also, louvres without the R&R being done properly will not help at all.
