Default Right blinker on dash not working

All of my actual blinkers (on the outside of the car) work and function properly, but the dash right blinker gives nothing. Hazard button works too. Is there a possible issue somewhere else or is it likely the bulb in the dash console went bad?

Most likely the bulb/bulb connection.
It is easy to change (pre facelift anyway). prise out the blanks each end of the warning light strip, undo the screws holding the warning light strip in (one each end, see Orangeblossom's thread for pics) and pull out the duff bulb.

Wow! That link is extremely helpful. As a newcomer, the Cherry Blossom link is overwhelming because it is so long I have had no idea what’s in it. That looks very doable, if proceeding with delicacy. Thanks
