rust dilema
well... it just never stops with classy-cat... rust, rust and more rust.
still working on floor pans... rust is mainly at the edges of the pans... center is ok.... would it be easier to patch or replace the whole thing...
Patch:
it is taking me a long time to fab the small pieces/patches and getting them welded properly (may be I'm a perfectionist?)... I get my sheet metal from homedepot/etc. (and it can be expenssive).
Replaced the whole thing:
In the USA I have not found a place that have the replacement floor pan... I was thinking go to my local junkyard, pull the bed from a pick up truck and fab the whole thing from it... just cut and one weld bead all around... (at least, that is how it works in my mind)
Any ideas?
Thanks

The UK dealers have a lot of panels, and will send to the US. Try this one
