Ha Ha! yes ,it was the silver relay on the driver fender was bad. The only real problem was the hi/low beam not working.

No leaper for the XJS. Looks wrong. The leaper looks best on sedans... Not coupes...

[edit] reminds me of petrolblau (petroleum blue) - a colour they used on 80s Porsches - particularly the whale tail 911s and 928s. Never seen a 944 in that shade.

What is the official paint code / name?

Hey sorry it took so long to get back to you, the color of the car is called cobalt blue it is the factory color but the car has been repainted. the interior is in pretty good shape but these seats do need to be recovered the back seat is fine but the front seats have come loose at the stitching the interior color is called biscuit, thank you for the comments.

Mine has both leaper and growler.
Leaper is coming off soon.
Stripes are off also.

This was a V12 fire damaged car hence the different colored hood or bonnet depending on what side of the pond you reside, I had it as a winter project sadly both cars were sold the E Type is now in Holland and the XJS-C is in Texas
