Show your Engine Bay
I have to say guys, I am enjoying the pictures, thank you.
Robbo, some great shots of the process.
I have only had my car 5 maybe 6 weeks now and I am recognising bits and its like..."Aaahhh that's what's under there"
Please keep them coming.
Cheers.
Gee.

Great pic, one of my many fav movies. I have them all.
I have noticed from some of the pics that V12/Jaguar is prominent in some of the engine pics.
Was this an age thing as the car progressed or an add on?
Gee.

It was added to the later engines. I know the 6.0L had it, not sure about facelift 5.3Ls, I think the last ones did have the badge on the intake manifolds. The earlier engines just had a Jaguar badge on the valve cover.
I noticed that on my 83, hidden a bit from view unless cleaned, on mine anyway.
Facelift 5.3Ls definitely had it, because mine's an early facelift, still with the original door handles, and has the Jaguar V12 on the manifold.
