I might be wrong but they don't look like the original Jaguar option ones. If they are the genuine ones they haven't been available for years, probably because the demand was so low and they were fitted to hardly any cars. I suspect that if you like them and want to retain them, you could find some similar replacement "chrome" plastic strips to replace the worn bits. Alternatively, you can get very good results these days buying "chrome" tape and fitting to the worn strips.
yhe jaguar ones are on my car, I retape the chrome every couple of years as you cant get any tape that's as good as the original and the adhesive dries out and the ends tend to look tatty, but it does work as a temporary fix

I just had my car repainted and upon recommendation of the body shop, had those worn, faded and shitty looking moldings removed. The car looks better and sleeker without them.
