Hello everyone, I need some help, I've been looking for replacement mounts for my sun visors. These are the "plastic" pieces that are attached to the roof via two screws. The sun visors pivot on them. They are not listed as separate parts in the parts manual. They are only shown to be part of the visor itself with one part number for the whole assembly.

If my attachments work you can see these are badly deteriorated, cracked and basically falling apart. Pay no attention to my poor attempt at an epoxy repair.

Has anyone found these or perhaps substituted a part from another model that worked?

 

Check E-bay.
There is a seller listing several colors, listed a "sun visor repair kit".
These are used, but nice.
They come in a plastic bag, but all the parts are there.
I bought a set, worked great!

I may have a pair. If I do they will be off 87 model. Will Check later

 

You are correct, I've found a couple of complete assemblies but no individual mounts. I may have to go this route...
