thermostat replace

going to replace my thermostats on my 1985 xjs 5.3 whats my best bet for the parts and gaskets, thank you

Gaskets are the newer Gortex style, so genuine only for me.

I use Dayco thermostats on mine. Part # DT18A, is an 82c unit.
