Anyone ever did this? I have a 95 XJS. Anything I should know about? What product to use? Thanks...

The usual M90 post. "Hey buy my stuff"

Anyway remove the throttle body and use carb cleaner and a toothbrush sized wire brush to get them clean. Doing it in place does not work.

Is there any gaskets to change while removing the throttle body?

I am not sure a wire brush is what I would use I would first try a soft toothbrush after a good spray of Throttle Body cleaner. You can get the cleaner at any auto parts store. On a TB that is not crusted I use this process Link JagRepair.com - Jaguar Repair Information Resource I hope this helps.

I usually buy a bag of the brass ones at Harbor freight. A tooth brush works too. The key is to have it in your hand so you can clean it real good. You may or may not need a new gasket. Depends on if it tears when removing.
