Hi Guys

Please could someone give me the Torque Setting for the 4 Big Bolts that go through the Top of the IRS Cage to hold the Diff

 

70 to 77 ft lbs according to the ROM. I believe someone on here had issues with them backing out, so don't forget the lockwire.

There was a commercial dispute a few years ago between Jaguar and the guy producing the CD-Roms and DVDs. Since then, Jaguar pulled them from sale. The easiest way is to try and find one of the originals on ebay..

There are different part numbers for the 4 litre models, one for the facelift cars and one for the earlier models. I'll dig out the JLM part number over the weekend.
