Default TPS Sensor Adjustment on 1994 4.0

I adjusted my TPS sensor in the past on my 1994 xjs 4.0, using a multimeter. I forget which wires I need to put the multimeter between. Does anyone know this?

If I recall correctly the reading should be around .55v at idle? This is purely on memory from a year ago...

I now have an extremely high idle (1500rpm) and an FF14 code. I believe the high idle is a result of the TPS? I already have a new ICV, which I did not need (turned out to be the EGR that time).

I just ordered a new TPS as the one I have is trashed looking (missing the top, covered in oil...) and I do not want to do this again. I ordered the TH413, which has the wrong plug but the right wires (6 of them). I am just going to swap the plug and save about $150. Pricing makes no sense these days. I cant see the demand being any different between the TH413 and the TH418. Anyway, that is another thread...

For the record:
the nuts on the TPS are 5.5mm

Im going to answer half of my question.

The voltage of the TPS is 0-5v. "The tps output relative to the throttle valve position is set at closed throttle using the JDS or PDU. ...will learn that voltage is in a range from .25 to .75v" If you set the TPS to .6v at idle this will prevent the ECU from having to learn the idle voltage everytime the battery is disconnected. I believe this will also allow you to avoid having to use the PDU, just set it as close to .6v as you can.

Anyone know what the color coding is for the wires? Where should I put the multimeter?
