Manners & Barratts are also "pseudo-Jaguar Dealers". In other words, they can provide Jaguar parts as if they were a Jaguar Dealer at the Jaguar listed price. However I'm not sure if you can negotiate discount from Manners or Barratts on genuine Jaguar parts, but I always get discount from my Jaguar Dealer parts Dept, typically about 15%.

The part number for the arm with bushes is C29310. If you buy from someone like Barratts:
C29310 = Genuine Jaguar
C29310# = OEM
C29310* = Aftermarket

Oh, I do apologize.
When I was in the marker Metalastik wasn't an option so I got them separately from David Manners.
Doubtless it was only temporary.

Again, So sorry.

LnrB,

No apols necessary! The marketplace and availability of parts for XJSs is a constantly moving feast! Who knows, they might even remanufacture facelift headlights one day!

Cheers

Paul
My info is that Jaguar no longer have Metalastik bushes, and will have none in the future. They may have a few arms with them installed, but no bushes alone.

Hi Greg

I've found a couple of firms who can supply the genuine OEM Metalastic Bushes which works out at roughly £70 for a full set for both sides, not cheap but you get what you pay for and that is providing I use my Original holders, which are still in good condition and just need a bit of a clean up

YES!!
Because it seems supply is by no means constant even for firms who carry them currently.

For example, I ordered mine from David Manners February 7, 2021, but was informed the large bushes were backordered, so they held the small ones for me until all items could be sent together. (international shipping cost as much as both large bushes combined so I appreciated that consideration)

They finally shipped June 14, 2021.

Fortunately I had other things to keep me entertained in the meantime.
