I replaced both bulbs (Philmore 495 is the right bulb). After replacing the bulbs one side (labelled B2) still does not work. Has anyone else had a similar problem? Any ideas where to look for the fault on the board and/or how to troubleshoot it?

I forgot to add, the bulb in B2 completely melted
