Trunk (boot) liner removal

I need to remove the liner to replace the tail lights on my 94 XJS 2+2. What is the best way to do this without ruining the plastic fasteners?

if you are careful you can use a couple of screwdrivers but the easiest way is to buy a trim removal tool like this
