If the flasher is NG you wont have turn signals. Locate it and make sure its powered.

Just to say, mine weren't working when I got it and my fuse was fine. I checked a few things, then decided to just try cleaning up the fuse blades and the socket it goes into. They started working perfectly. I had them stop last week and pulled the fuse again, still good, but I gave it a quick wipe and a touch of dielectric grease and reinstalled. They work perfectly again. May not be your problem, but it would be a simple fix. If not, the flasher, or stalk could be the issue

Similar story. One of my headlights was not working. I checked the fuse. In fact I inspected it very carefully. It seemed fine. So, I moved on, started checking the headlight itself and the wiring.

After no success, I just said the heck with it — let me put a new fuse in. Voila! Headlights magically turned on!
