Default V12 ht leads

Morning all, quick question. Is it necessary to remove any parts in order to replace the hot leads on a v12? I.e can it be done without removing the air con compressor etc. Just the leads not the plugs. Many thanks

Yes, a bit of a fiddle, but perfectly doable. I advise doing one at a time, both ends, before doing the next one. 6A and 6B are probably the most difficult to get at. One of these can help:

It is making sure the new boot really clicks over the plug terminal that is important.
