The only thing that matters is that they MUST be the genuine Gortex OEM type gasket.
Using fixing bolts that are about 1/4 inch longer than OEM with Allen key-type heads also a very good idea, as advised by the Great Palm.
There are various ways to ensure the half moon seals at the cabin end of the engine stay sealed too, worth a research.

I got mine from Jaguar heritage. They came packaged in really long stiff card envelopes so they didn't get bent. All the cheaper aftermarket types I could find for sale were the older flexible paper versions. I thought it worth paying the extra £20 or so if it meant I didn't spend hours doing the job only for it to leak again!
