Voltage Regulator Location?
I have an 88 XJS H&E.
I replaced the alternator and battery. I now need to replace the voltage regulator. I can not FIND the voltage regulator. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated! ! !

I had an Alternator light that came on, and the battery went dead. I replaced the alternator (this is three hours) and charged the battery. Then the charge meter was spiking out. I replaced teh alternator AGAIN and it is fine. You are right. The voltage regulator was behind a cover on the alternator.
It really DOES take three hours to replace the alternator.
